STAY WITH A PET

  • Price: 70 PLN / 1 animal / 1 night.

TOURIST TAX

  • Local fee of 3.20 PLN / 1 person / 1 day (applies to stays longer than 1 night), payable on site at the hotel.

PARKING

  • The number of parking spaces is limited, the hotel does not guarantee the availability of space upon arrival. To reserve a parking space, we encourage contact by email: rezerwacje@bergohotel.pl
  • Outdoor parking space 35 PLN / night
  • Underground garage spot 45 PLN / night (entrance gate height: 1.9m).
  • Due to the change in tax regulations from January 1, 2020, to receive a VAT invoice for the company, please provide full details (name, address, VAT number) no later than at the time of making the prepayment or providing a credit card number for the charge. Without such information, issuing an invoice at a later date will be impossible.
  • Upon check-in, a valid photo ID and credit card are required. Special requests will be fulfilled subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Lex Kamilek: To ensure a smooth check-in process, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts, including the Act of May 13, 2016, on the Prevention of Sexual Crime Threats and the Protection of Minors, we kindly ask travelers with children to present the child's identification documents during check-in. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to: identity card, school ID, passport, mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, civil status act, or other documents confirming identity and relationship. If the child is traveling with someone other than a parent, it is necessary to present written or notarized parental consent.
