  • Due to changes in tax regulations as of January 1, 2020, in order to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide full details (name, address, VAT ID) at the latest at the time of making the prepayment or providing the credit card number for charging. Without this information, issuing an invoice at a later date will not be possible.

  • At the time of check-in, a valid photo ID and credit card are required. Special requests will be fulfilled based on availability, and their fulfillment may be subject to an additional charge.

If the child is traveling with someone other than a parent, it is necessary to present written or notarized parental consent.
