LOCAL TAX

  • In connection with the change in tax regulations from January 1, 2020, in order to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide full details (name, address, VAT identification number) no later than at the time of making the prepayment or providing the credit card number for charging. Without such information, issuing an invoice at a later date will not be possible.
  • At the time of check-in, a valid photo ID and credit card must be presented. Special requests will be fulfilled depending on availability, and their fulfillment may be subject to an additional fee.

Accepted documents include, but are not limited to: identity card, school ID, passport, mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, civil status act, or other documents confirming identity and relationship. If the child is traveling with someone other than a parent, it is necessary to present written or notarized parental consent.
