  • In connection with the change in tax regulations from January 1, 2020, in order to receive a VAT invoice for the company, please provide full details (name, address, NIP) no later than at the time of making the prepayment or providing the credit card number for charging. Without such information, it will not be possible to issue an invoice at a later date.

  • At check-in, a valid photo ID and a credit card must be presented. Special requests will be fulfilled depending on availability, and their fulfillment may incur an additional charge.

If the child is traveling with someone other than a parent, it is necessary to present written or notarized parental consent.
