#RESERVE HELP

Take part in the campaign and book a stay at the Bergo Hotel in Szklarska Poręba, and we will donate 10% of the value of each reservation to the residents affected by the flood.

STAY WITH A PET

  • We like animals and invite you to stay with your pet: 70 PLN / per night / 1 pet.

LOCAL TAX

  • Local fee of 3.20 PLN / 1 person / 1 day, payable on site
    at the hotel, applicable for stays longer than 1 night.

PARKING

  • The number of parking spaces is limited, the hotel does not guarantee the availability of a space upon arrival. To reserve a parking spot, we encourage you to contact us at email: rezerwacje@bergohotel.pl
  • Outdoor parking space 35 PLN / per night
  • Underground garage space 45 PLN / per night (entrance gate height: 1.9 m).
  • Due to the change in tax regulations effective from January 1, 2020, to receive a VAT invoice for the company, please provide full details (name, address, VAT ID) no later than at the time of payment in advance or providing a credit card number for charging. Without such information, issuing an invoice at a later date will be impossible.
  • At the time of check-in, it is required to present a valid photo ID and a credit card. Special requests will be fulfilled subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Lex Kamilek: To ensure a smooth check-in process, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts, including the Act of May 13, 2016, on the Prevention of Sexual Crime Threats and the Protection of Minors, we kindly ask travelers with children to present the child's identification documents during check-in. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to: identity card, school ID, passport, mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, civil status act, or other documents confirming identity and relationship. If the child is traveling with someone other than a parent, it is necessary to present written or notarized parental consent.
