CLIMATE FEE

  • A local fee of 3.20 PLN / 1 person / 1 day, payable on-site at the hotel, applies to stays longer than 1 day.

PARKING

  • The number of parking spaces is limited, and the hotel does not guarantee availability upon arrival. To reserve a parking space, we encourage you to contact us by email: rezerwacje@bergohotel.pl
  • Outdoor parking space 35 PLN / day
  • Underground garage space 45 PLN / day (entrance gate height: 1.9 m).
  • Due to tax law changes from January 1, 2020, to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide full details (name, address, VAT number) no later than at the time of making a pre-payment or providing a credit card number for the charge. Without such information, issuing an invoice at a later date will be impossible.
  • Upon check-in, it is required to present a valid photo ID and credit card. Special requests will be fulfilled subject to availability, and they may incur an additional charge.
